Information you choose to provide

If you contact NorthSecure AI, request an assessment, subscribe to an email publication, or request a resource, we use the information you provide to respond, deliver the requested material, assess service fit, and maintain appropriate business records.

Do not submit passwords, authentication information, confidential customer records, health or financial records, or other sensitive information through website forms or email.

Email and marketing choices

Requesting a resource or submitting an inquiry does not automatically provide consent for unrelated marketing email. Where an email subscription is offered, consent is requested separately and may be withdrawn using the unsubscribe option in those messages.

Optional website measurement

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are used only after you select the website-analytics option and save your choices. They help NorthSecure AI understand aggregate website traffic, page use, referral sources, downloads, interactions, scrolling, and usability patterns so the site can be improved.

NorthSecure AI’s custom analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, company names, inquiry text, form contents, or URL query strings. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process device, browser, approximate location, page, referral, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar identifiers after consent. Clarity masks sensitive content by default; avoid entering confidential or sensitive information on the website.

Optional OpenAI advertising measurement

OpenAI advertising measurement is a separate, optional choice. An earlier Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity choice does not authorize it. It stays off unless you select the OpenAI advertising-measurement option and save your choices. Declining does not prevent inquiries, resource requests or bookings, and is separate from newsletter consent.

When allowed, OpenAI's measurement pixel helps connect accepted assessment inquiries and completed consultation bookings to advertising. It can process browser and device information, timestamps, website origin and first-party advertising identifiers. We do not add company names, inquiry messages or booking answers to these conversion events. OpenAI's automatic advanced matching can separately detect supported contact identifiers on the website, such as email addresses, normalize them and send SHA-256 hashes produced in the browser. Hashing does not make information anonymous.

The pixel may store __oppref for 30 days after it is written and __obref for up to 365 days after creation. Browser restrictions or clearing cookies can shorten those periods. These browser-cookie periods are not a statement of provider conversion-data retention. OpenAI may process information outside Canada. Our event calls opt out of future user-level personalization. Your measurement choices

You may decline either or both optional measurement categories and still use the website. Use the button below to review or withdraw choices stored in this browser. Withdrawing advertising measurement stops future pixel events and clears its first-party cookies; it cannot recall information already transmitted.

Service providers and retention

NorthSecure AI may use service providers to operate the website, deliver requested communications, schedule consultations, and measure website use. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable business, security, or legal requirements.

When you choose to book a consultation, the Calendly scheduling interface loads and Calendly processes the booking details you provide. NorthSecure AI records a privacy-minimized completion event for website measurement only when optional analytics are allowed; names, email addresses, booking answers, and Calendly event details are not intentionally included in that analytics event.
